- Lay seeds on a towel, pat dry, and air-dry for crispiness, ideally for a few hours.
- Preheat the oven to 300F.
- Evenly spread seeds on a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt.
- Roast seeds in the oven for 20-30 minutes until golden, stirring every 5 minutes.
- After roasting, cool seeds on the sheet to enhance crunchiness.
