- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- ¼ cup chopped bell pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 ounces uncooked soba noodles
- 1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 large pasture-raised egg
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon creamy nut butter

Instructions
- Boil water in a medium pot, cook soba noodles until tender, about 4-6 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic, ginger, onion, bell pepper, and broccoli until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain noodles and add to the skillet with vegetables.
- Crack and scramble an egg in the skillet, then mix with noodles and veggies.
- Stir in coconut aminos, Sriracha, and nut butter.
- Serve the flavorful stir-fry warm.
